• As OpusClip's Chief of Staff, you'll play a pivotal role in our executive team, working closely with founders, offering strategic advice, and serving as our operational backbone of our rapidly growing company. Drive our vision, align departments, and lead innovative initiatives in the AI+video world.

🎯Responsibilities You'll Embrace

1. Corporate Affairs Owner: Take ownership of various internal and external corporate affairs, including entity management, legal operations, investor relations, public relations, and compliance. Provide strategic advice to support decision-making processes.

1. Talent Missionary: Act as a representative for the founders and OpusClip, effectively communicating and promoting the company's mission and values to aspiring candidates in AI and video production, and conduct background checks to ensure the right fit for the team.
2. PMF Validator: Participate in PMF validation by conducting user researches. Gather insights from users, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the product team to refine and enhance OpusClip products. Provide strategic guidance on product development initiatives.
3. Finance Conduit: Provide support in multi-national tax compliance and strategic financing. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance across different jurisdictions. Assist in strategic financing initiatives to optimize financial position and enable growth opportunities.
4. Admin Enabler: Manage equipments and business trip logistics. Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient trips. Oversee procurement and inventory management to support operational needs. Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency.

   
   

🛠️Skills and Requirements

• Startup Experience: 2-6 years of operation experience in a startup, preferably within the tech, content, or AI sector.
• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional ability in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in engaging and interacting with a range of stakeholders.
• Organizational Navigation: Skillful in maneuvering through complex organizational structures and implementing effective change.
• Adaptability: Agility and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Night owl (late hours): Be comfortable working and participating in online meetings until at least 9 PM PST every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
