We’re a team of service industry veterans and technology professionals based in NY and we are on a mission to create a world where every frontline worker has a good job. What we’re looking for

Motion

  • New Business - specialization
  • Renewals - experience
  • Expansion - experience

Segment & ACV

  • You have sold to service industry customers like the ones we serve at Opus
  • Has run teams in both SMB and Mid Market or an SMB team that aspires to move upmarket
  • Contract value matters - if you have only run teams that do enterprise deals, you won’t be a good fit

Outbound

  • Can you take a business that's 100% inbound, and teach it to outbound? You will need to prove this first as an IC, then teach your peers how.
  • Have you led an SDR team? Did you build one from scratch? Ideally you haven’t just managed a manager who led an SDR team, you have crafted and strategized the birth of that team, hired, and trained them.

Leadership

  • People manager - has managed 10-30 people at max
  • Goal setter - Has set quota/sales incentives for sales team
  • Data-driven decision-making - be able to show how you back into goals
  • Data leadership - Can get hands dirty with our rev/ops team
  • Early stage - Has led updates and/or fast iterations on sales processes
  • Hiring/coaching - you hire and coach to the right profile
  • Recruiter - Has managed managers

  • based in NY / NJ / PA / CT
