We are looking for a Chief Scientist & Co-Founder with over 5 years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields to lead our innovative team. This role is pivotal in driving our technology strategy and contributing to our company's strategic direction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sophisticated data infrastructure, focusing on data lakes, ingestion, and analytics on Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives, leveraging expertise in machine learning, econometrics, and data science.
• Utilize Susterra’s patented ROI methodologies for public benefit programs.
• Engage in fundraising and investor relations, driving the financial growth of Susterra.
• Define company direction and market strategy in collaboration with the founding team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, data lake architecture, and data visualization tools.
• Expertise in machine learning, including Random Forest, NLP, and Large Language Models.
• Experience in finance, consulting, or public finance sectors is preferred.
• Background in evaluating and integrating research findings into product development.
