Entry Level Software Developer

We are two senior developers who have worked in the same insurance-based market niche for the last 15 years, learning every nuance of the business. For the last three of those years we've combined user interface design, data visualization, object-oriented software construction, test-driven development and relational database technology to create a cloud-based Windows application. This new application has been up and running for about a year with the initial client and is now poised for roll-out to select additional clients.

Of course the product is not done and likely won't ever be done. New features, bug-fixing, optimization and the occasional tech support case generate an unlimited amount of work: that's where you come in.

You are an entry level developer ready to retrace our original steps through these technologies in order to master our brand of product-grade design and development.

In the beginning you'll be paired up with us quite a bit as we get you up to speed, and then, after a while, assignments on your own will grow longer and longer.

All work is remote, though we do meet from time-to-time via corporate-funded travel - but that will be rare - most work will be done paired up in Zoom or on your own.
