You're comfortable in ambiguity, navigating uncharted waters to solve novel problems, and are adept at simplifying complex issues. About the role

We're in search of a Full Stack Engineer who is ready to take on significant responsibilities in our early-stage startup. As one of the initial hires alongside the CEO and a Product Design Engineer, you will help lead and shape the technical foundation of our AI-driven platform. From designing the core infrastructure to building backend services, integrations, and novel AI applications, your work will directly impact our mission to revolutionize the moving industry.

What you'll do

• Convert high-fidelity designs in Figma into a robust and user-friendly product.
• Design, build, and maintain the core system, including the workflow engine.
• Oversee architecture, dev ops, database design, frontend, backend, and algorithm development (such as scheduling with vendors/customers, tasks, etc).
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Product Design Engineer to ship a high-quality product.

What we're seeking

Must haves

• Proven experience as a full stack engineer, handling all aspects of software development including architecture, dev ops, database design, frontend, backend, and algorithms.
• Track record of building at least one product from ground zero.
• Experience in converting Figma designs into a live, functional product.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Aspiration to be a startup founder someday.
• Direct, straightforward communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and tackle problems head-on.

Nice to haves

• Experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
