We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff for our group travel startup, with a specific focus on youth sports and wedding markets. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and managing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, setting up meetings, and overseeing various management tasks to drive the success and growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and source potential leads within the youth sports and wedding industries through market research, networking, and other creative approaches.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring optimal time management and efficient use of resources.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key industry players, including event organizers, sports teams, wedding planners, and travel agents, to generate business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

CRM Management: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and organize leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Project Management: Assist in overseeing various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and effective communication among team members.

Data Analysis: Analyze data and industry trends to provide actionable insights, contribute to strategic decision-making, and optimize business performance.

Communication Support: Assist the CEO in preparing presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or events industry. Startup experience is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the youth sports and wedding markets, including key players, trends, and challenges, will be highly advantageous.

Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.

Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
