Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support our government customer at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

The ideal software developer must support, modernize, and migrate multiple complex Line of Business (LoB) applications with significant front-end and back-end requirements. Developers support, test, and maintain functionality, issue resolution activities, security requirements.

Required: Active Secret Clearance & Security+CE (or Higher)

$5,000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of the Sr. Agile Architect assists in the analysis, planning, and design of workflows, process flows, functional attributes, and map and develop milestones for Software Development Sprints.
• Developers support, test, and maintain functionality, issue resolution activities, security requirement.
• Coordinate test plans and provide documented results with criteria at every layer of development in coordination with the Lead Architect.
• Configure or develop applications which ensure websites works across various browsers and devices (Android and IOS).
• Prepare and maintain code repositories, data flows, story boards, and other development documentation.
• Document and develop changes for new, modified, adds, or deletes of functionality within the code structures of existing systems.
• Performs administrative duties during off peak time for scheduled maintenance windows.
• Perform bug fixes as required.
• Assist with STIGs and POA&Ms as changes are made to any structure of the coded fabrics to support Cybersecurity and Change Management to ensure ATO and RMF reviews.
• Ensures all developed code meet and supports security and regular customer IT systems as required by Department of Defense and Army standards, policies, and RMF controls to include IAVAs.
• Participate and comply with review of content management, policies, and approval processes for development of public facing webpages.
• Maintain a digital/electronic source of all promotional products, programs and concepts and responds to information requests for customer programs.

Qualifications:

• BS in Software Development or related plus 5 years hands on experience.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Certifications IAT level II or higher:
  • Security+ CE
  • CCNA-Security
  • CySA+ **
  • GICSP
  • GSEC
  • CND
  • SSCP
• Experience with aspects of multiple web frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with Software Reverse Engineering and Application Consolidation.
• Advanced working knowledge of the following Technologies in an DoD Environment:
  • C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, .NET Framework, IIS, XML
  • jQuery, JSON, MS SQL, vbScript
  • RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), VMware ESXI 7.0+
  • DNS, Active Directory (LDAP), Windows Server 2012/16/19+, SCCM, WSUS
