Reporting to the Director of IT Systems, the successful applicant will work to maintain and support the global ERP system (INFOR LN) and its related applications for all TRC subsidiaries. The role will focus on supporting the existing business units running Infor LN. Applicant will be working out of the Ohio production site (Johnstown) and will give remote assistance to other regions when needed.

Activities:

· This role focuses on supporting day-to-day requests, user setup and security

  • Perform situation analysis and recommendation for problem-solving

· Implement changes to improve the ERP system as a continuous improvement project.

· Test new functionality and create user documentation together with the key business users.

· Lead, coordinate or execute application personalization’s and small development requests

· Escalate software issues to ERP vendor

· Provide detailed advice and guidance to all users in the effective use of the ERP system

Experience:

· At least 3 years’ experience with INFOR ERP (or equal like Baan IV)

· Knowledge of business processes and best practices in a Distribution and Manufacturing environment for the following areas:

· Warehousing

· Sales

· Procurement

· Manufacturing

· Finance/Pricing

  • Business data analyst and data security controller
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL and project management
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions is an asset

Skills:

· Skilled in the implementation and/or support of ERP systems in a global (multi-site) environment

· Experience with implementing Shop Floor systems, barcoding solutions and/or e-commerce is an advantage

· Knowledge of any other language such as Dutch, Italian, Thai, Chinese or Japanese would be an asset

· You are a fast learner and team player

· You have strong problem-solving, great interpersonal and analytical skills

· Occasional international travel required
