Business Analyst for Software company

Trakref was launched in 2012 to simply track cylinders and the refrigerant that was put into them. What we found was it was changing human behavior around what they did with the refrigerant. The light went off! In 2014 we started Trakref to keep doing what we started . Save the planet from ozone depleting refrigerants by tracking them from time of installment to end of life. Job Description:

• Create Business Requirement Document (BRD), business flow diagrams, wireframe, etc. for new products and enhancements.
• Produce technical and product overview documentation for new and existing products.
• Gather and translate requirements into functional business requirements based on interaction with customers.
• Provide product expertise & documentation to technical staff - Development and QA team.
• Assist with specification review sessions and performed user acceptance testing extensively.
• Produce reports for CEO around cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Management or Software engineer
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of business processes; ability to document business processes, generate clear and understandable requirements.
• Self-motivated, organized with ability to prioritize while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
• Must have worked in a software company.
• Must be able to work in a fast, flexible and fun work environment.
• Worked with AZURE is a big plus
• Power BI is a big plus!
