Job Purpose and Summary

This is advanced technical development work, primarily responsible for developing solutions to support customer service issues, new enhancements, new applications, and the integration of systems. The incumbent is expected to lead task groups and perform all duties related to the application development life cycle including, but not limited to, determining requirements, coding/building, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Work is performed with significant independence within established practices, procedures, and policies. Work is reviewed by a professional superior for quality and conformance with established goals, standards, operating procedures, best practice, overall performance, and quality/effectiveness of services provided. Leads lower-level analysts involved in integration and/or enterprise development duties.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Leads lower-level staff involved in various integration and/or enterprise development duties and tasks.
  • Leads and facilitates meetings and task groups. Tracks and influences the task group’s progress and project deliverables.
  • Leads, designs, analyzes, integrates, and deploys complex enterprise applications, configurations, and solutions.
  • Develops detailed specifications that describe system changes.
  • Leads and/or integrates programs and objects for enterprise applications and solutions. Leads, participates and/or executes process designs and technical configurations.
  • Provides level of effort estimates for complex change requests and resolves defects in development objects.
  • Maintains, tunes, and repairs development and technical objects to maintain performance according to technical and functional specifications. Provides user support and assists in identification of configuration and program changes.
  • Conducts code reviews and knowledge transfers to ensure compliance with departmental standards and requirements.
  • Responds to service requests and escalated issues that require trouble shooting, coding, configuration, data and/or security maintenance.
  • Leads and/or participates in the technical preparation of business process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals.
  • Executes and documents tests that are necessary to ensure the application or technical environment meet performance requirements.
  • Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
  • Uses situational awareness to anticipate and prevent accidents.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or closely related field. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.

Six (6) years of experience developing integration solutions, enterprise custom objects or enterprise solutions with a minimum of three (3) of those years in Informatica Cloud (IICS). Remaining years of qualifying experience must be in one of the areas/environments listed below:
o SAP Environment (i.e. ABAP, SAP/PI, SAP workflow, forms development, etc.)
o ServiceNow
o Microsoft Dynamics
o .net Development
