What You'll Do

The UX Lead is a creative leader to help shape and design our internal processes and tools. The role is someone that can quickly turn around user journey’s, UI prototypes and mockups that will ultimately work towards giving our employees and end-users the best possible experience. User friendly design and visual aesthetics are important, but more important is the business problems the design is trying to solve.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for both UX and for getting involved in complex business problems. Soliciting frequent feedback even when things aren’t done shouldn’t intimidate you. You need to be a good team player, but also have be capable of individual contribution.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

5+ years of UI / UX experience with heavier emphasis on information architecture

Excellent computer skills

Excellent Communication skills

A portfolio of deliverables that show solving complex problems

Expertise with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.

Proficient with Microsoft Office

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science

Complex problem solving

Familiar with using Design Systems

Experience working with technical teams

Comfortable with globally distributed teams
