Developer Advocate/Technical Evangelist 175K +Equity

About the Role

Great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team offering a revolutionary platform used by developers, SaaS startups, and larger enterprise organizations across the globe. The Developer Advocate will report to Executive Leadership and lead initiatives to contribute to various funnel stages by providing rich content and storytelling for the platform, acting as a major contributor to drive the growth of key products. The ideal candidate is passionate and enthusiastic about guiding developers and enterprises toward an amazing product; boosting business through community engagement, content, and code.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Working closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering
• Being the face of the organization to the developer community
• Creating content and distributing videos for YouTube channels and social media outlets
• Maintaining a presence at industry events to establish recognition and maintain credibility by participating as a speaker, creating technical content for developer communities, and hosting info sessions
• Engaging with the online developer community to provide support during product launches
• Serving as the voice of developers and ensuring that products and updates launched provide true value to the community
• Collaborating with internal teams, including product and marketing, to provide developer feedback and influence the creation, product roadmap, composition, and marketing of key products
• Mentoring developers and team members
• Acting as a technical advisor when needed, including serving as a technical consultant on sales demos
  

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with full product lifecycles
• 2+ years of experience developing blog and video content
• Experience successfully designing/delivering products
• Knowledge of UI frameworks and proficiency with Javascript
• Experience with no-code/low-code is a plus
