As an UX Designer, You’ll Work On:

• Work with business users/customers, as well as internal stakeholders to co-create visual designs
• Create and communicate user experiences through journey maps, service blueprints and storyboards.
• Partner with teams to conceptualize and design excellent product outcomes
• Work with Product Development in helping bring UX prototypes to life
• Articulate ideas and designs effectively to teams to clearly communicate the design intention and its value
• Collaborate with software engineers to create pixel perfect designs
• Maintain the brand look-and-feel across projects to manage visual consistency (scope keeper of brand look and feel to in-product branding)
• Experience creating design style guides to support consistent experiences across product offering
• Craft UI elements and assets that adapt and flow with responsive design frameworks, as well as mobile applications
• Understand, conceptualize, and implement designs across multiple platforms, including web, mobile and third-party app integration
• Be able to handle multiple projects, while embodying the work ethic and personality that thrives in a fast-paced organization with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Collaborate on user experience planning with peers and team leads.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in designing for software, complex applications which leverage emergent technologies, mobile devices and building data driven unified platform experience
• Experience in building designs for B2B SaaS platform and dashboards
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree such as Interactive Design
• Front-end development experience (JavaScript,React, working with Git) is preferred Possess superior UX/UI skills
• Exceptional design skills, production quality, and attention to detail with focus on overall concept/vision, layout, typography, and usability
• Solid ability to create wireframes, prototypes as well as visual design comps and good understanding of HTML/CSS/Saas
• Solid experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, UXPIN, and InVision
• Experience with Storybook and integration of Storybook to design tools is preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience working in an agile product environment (Scrum, Kanban)
