The Opportunity

Xivic is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal applicant will have a love for all things digital and a high standard for the digital experience that brands create. We’re looking for a talented and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to support our team with the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns.

Collaboration is key for Xivic, so you’ll also be working closely with our Account/Project Management and Marketing/Growth teams.

This is a remote role for U.S. based candidates with team members throughout North America in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones.

We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. You should have the ability to see the big picture and ask questions, as well as laser in on details.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with Account Managers and Project Managers to recommend appropriate marketing platforms, develop strategies, and effectively integrate campaigns with overall marketing strategy
  • Execute marketing strategies and programs for a variety of clients (B2B and B2C) to drive revenue and increase conversions
  • Ideate, implement, and execute small to large digital marketing campaigns across channels, including asset development, tracking setup, optimizations, managing email campaigns and automation flows, and any other items required to develop successful campaigns
  • Provide ongoing management and optimization of digital campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate appropriately across other digital channels to ensure smooth integration of online advertising into our clients’ overall growth strategy
  • Understand how to use various tools and channels, such as web analytics, search engine optimization, email marketing, paid social, search, and display, to promote clients’ products and services
  • Support daily upkeep project/client health, and specifically multiple web and social media channels
  • Analyze reports, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and more
  • Communicate with Account Managers and Project Managers regarding strategies, project status, and results
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices and advising team members of new findings, opportunities, and changes regarding digital content
  • Attend team meetings and check-ins to assess project progress and learn more about the digital marketing landscape
  • Assist Account Managers and Project Managers with department tasks

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other relevant field
  • 2+ years hands-on digital marketing execution experience - organic and paid search, SEO, email marketing, social, blogging, paid media, copywriting, etc. -- agency experience not needed but preferred
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Business Suite in a professional environment
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills with the ability to always follow through
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both verbally and written
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced agency environment -- deadline- and process-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects at a time and work well under pressure
  • A passion for a great digital experience
