We work with some of America’s largest insurance brands to attract, educate, and connect with consumers through thoughtful and effective marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Own and be accountable for all Paid Facebook/Meta marketing efforts at TRANZACT, reporting directly to VP of Paid Media

Lead a team of 4+ paid social analysts and manage a growing portfolio of high volume accounts in the D2C Insurtech industry

Implement and continuously refine paid social best practices with an emphasis on strategic growth, KPI and conversion rate optimization, and ongoing data-driven testing

Player-coach leadership over ongoing optimization efforts to meet and exceed business goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site + off-site conversion actions, bid management, ad creative optimization, audience targeting, landing page revisions, CPA optimizations

Identify trends and trajectory, current opportunities, roadblocks and solutions, implement new initiatives with media analysts and report performance and progress to internal stakeholders

Introduce and scale new and additional platforms, ad types, tactics and strategies (i.e. TikTok, Reddit, Contextual advertising) to drive continuous growth at a positive ROI

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment & achievement of business objectives

Who You Are / What You Bring:
Paid Social Marketing expert with 5+ years of proven success building and scaling D2C performance marketing campaigns: Facebook/Meta/Instagram marketing experience required; additional marketing platforms are a plus

Hands-on paid social account management and optimization expertise - minimum ad spend portfolio of $100K/month

In-depth knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics: comfortable extracting and merging data, building and maintaining dashboards and reports, analyzing trends to develop actionable insights

Data-driven, self-starter, creative thinker with a relentless focus on optimizing business KPI’s (CTR, CPL, CPA, CVR, ROI, ROAS). You care deeply about hitting goals and strive to beat previous records

Up-to-date on the latest performance marketing trends, channels and strategies to drive growth

Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken) and you enjoy cross-departmental collaboration

3+ years’ experience leading and developing teams of paid search analysts and performance marketers
