MANAGED SERVICES SPECIALIST

THE PERSON

We are looking for an IT specialist that is dynamic, and passionate about supporting clients with technology issues. Who is passionate about growing their technology skills and growing with ACS. This person will take ownership of their career and show leadership ability with all their responsibilities. The right candidate will be strategic at solving clients’ problems and making clients lives better. The right candidate will demonstrate a team player attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve clients with daily support of their technology solutions
  • Identifying solutions for technical issues
  • Identify and perform proactive maintenance and updates
  • Set-up, monitor and maintain
  • Being Subject Matter Expert on specific client environments
  • Review Install Base and Prospects for opportunities around Specialization Products
  • Maintain Vendor Certs and Vendor Programs
  • Provide technical assistance and training to system users.
