Description:

• Salesforce Manager Technology role is responsible for building and enhancing technology solutions to meet complex business needs.
• You will lead the evaluation of new Technology and develop product roadmaps by providing technical and strategic direction.
• To be successful, you will enthusiastically foster the development of a high-performing team consistently delivering business value, breakthrough innovation and transformative results, and exceptional operational practices.

Qualifications:

• Degrees: Bachelors
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of managerial and leadership experience.
• Experience architecting enterprise applications and databases that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, high availability, containers, and server-less technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the areas such as Cloud Native Design Patterns, Microservices and API Strategy.
• Experience in java, web application development and associated skills in a high-stakes environment.
• Strong working knowledge of software development technologies, specifically high-volume solutions.
• Experience with Smart / FHIR implementations. Experience developing fault tolerant distributed systems is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Agile Software Development mechanics.
• Background in Service Oriented Architecture, micro services architecture implementation, service versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management.
