Despite our relatively small headcount, we have sales and support operations in Singapore, London and New York. Also planning to open a Toronto office in the second half of 2022.

We are exceptionally well positioned to manage the current economic downturn since we’re cash flow positive, have high quality long term licensing clients as well as having the #1 rated LowCode/High Impact code in the world. We are targeting exchanges, clearing houses, banks, hedge funds and asset management companies with our data agnostic platform.

We are now about to hire our first inhouse CFO and head of operations and are looking for a truly talented and driven individual with the experience, capacity and skills to manage a fast growing FinTech.

As the CFO, you have direct responsibility for accounting, finance, strategic planning, capital strategy, and negotiations with key suppliers.

You will be delivering sophisticated cash flow models, handling books and records and also assist with value-added analyses that lead to thoughtful decision-making. You will bring best practices to accurately plan, forecast, and operate the business as well as advising on the business strategy by developing and tracking key metrics. You will monitor performance against our initiatives and will be the key financial voice on the executive team.

  • Oversee and lead monthly budgeting and cash flow forecasting
  • Assume full responsibility of bank relationships and take lead on the company’s capital strategy.
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
  • Oversee potential future fundraising diligence preparation and execution. Also create pitchbooks
  • Draw business insights from metrics and key performance indicators, and drive execution strategy with key stakeholders and company leadership.
  • Manage global recruiting campaigns and onboarding

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced growth environment at a prior FinTech software company.
  • Experience raising equity or debt capital.

  • Deep understanding of GAAP, familiarity with and exposure to international expansion and LLC tax planning, including IT development tax credits.
  • Experience with cap tables and setting up equity option grants
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Managerial and executive presence to persuade others to achieve excellence and to foster an environment of openness and teamwork.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all areas and levels of the company.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
