Government Brands subsidiary, Veritec Solutions, is the leader in real-time regulatory solutions that protect consumers and promote healthy markets. Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, support and document applications and systems to support the company's strategic initiatives. Translation of detailed design specifications into code solutions, requirement analysis. .NET Web Developement (C#VB.NET/WebForms/MVC/Blazor). Database design, stored procedure development, object model design, proficiency in SQL, mastery of code development tool. United testing of all changes, system documentation. Must be able to effectively communicate and lead projects with all members of the team. Attention to detail aligned with coding standards and system architecture. Provide system expertise for solutions and enhancements. Current on best practice secure programming methodologies. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum of five (5) years programming experience in .NET development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn and understand the complex relationship among the various components of the system. The individual will be an expert in .NET (C#/VB.NET), Web Services, XML, JSON, extensive web page development, Web Forms, MVC, or Blazor, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TFS, TSQL, and Stored Procedure Development with recent experience demonstrating these skills. Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Continuous Integration/Delivery, and Blazor is desired. This position will be required to develop and enhance frontend and backend applications, APIs, and services along with any other needs of the program. The candidate will be expected to be a problem solver and use their initiative and experience to identify gaps in requirements to deliver a high-quality product. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be a great teammate and leader and must be able to humbly share their expertise in a manner that elevates the team. Ability to sit for extended periods of time and extended hours may be required including evenings and weekends based on business needs.
