Position

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer who is up to the challenge to support and advance our customer operations. The Software Engineer will design, improve, and support order entry and processing software for our customer service call center. In addition to off-the-shelf products the engineer will also improve and maintain software for entering and processing medical grade custom-made products. The engineer will implement new features, streamline user experience, analyze, and maintain data associated with order entry and help identify opportunities for improvements. Candidate must be able to work independently or in a team, using experience, good judgment, and a certain degree of creativity to accomplish goals. Less experienced candidates will receive on the job training in a small team environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS or 3 years of work experience in a comparable position.
• Valid US work authorization
• C# or skills in comparable language
• Apple iOS and device management skills desirable
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• most important: desire to lean and willing to take on new challenges.
