The Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist will serve as a member of the Digital Enablement Pillar within the agency Digital Center of Excellence and will be responsible for providing digital content management and optimization across the agency. The ideal candidate will be able to self-manage to drive projects forward, communicate ideas and performance clearly with non-SEO partners, and is a continuous learner of industry and channel trends.

Duties:

  • Lead CMS project requests; as well as provide strategic web support to align deliverables with project and campaign goals
  • Work closely across all pillars within the Digital Center of Excellence to ensure that content requests that involve CMS are communicated, evaluated, and updated properly
  • Assist in search optimization, information architecture, schema management, semantic HTML, page speed, and other components of crawling and indexing performance.
  • Assist with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console and other key digital marketing tools as needed
  • Conduct site audits to monitor technical health of the website and work with relevant partners to address any needed changes and improvements.
  • Develop reports on SEO performance on a recurring basis across portfolio of clients that provides analysis and key insights to broader agency team and relevant partners.
  • Be a driving force in the creation of content strategy and content marketing deployment across the agency’s portfolio of clients
  • Research on-site search behavior to discover audience trends and opportunities to improve site navigation.
  • Continuously improve and influence innovation across the digital customer experience for both the agency and its clients
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and company policies on web site usage, security, and standards for agency and its clients

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years professional experience working with web product and email campaigns
  • Proficient with Content Management Systems (CMS); Adobe’s design suite (Photoshop); WordPress, Hubspot, Salesforce
  • 3+ years of recent Search Engine Optimization experience
  • Familiarity with data base and project management systems
  • Knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript & XML
  • Familiarity in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Progressive experience in customer-focused web product management and/or UX/UI design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, good verbal, and written communications skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, strategic-thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable web campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives
  • Hands-on familiarity with SEM Rush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Drupal and landing page personalization
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
  • Innovative and creative thinker
