Job Summary: The Senior Delphi Programmer/Software Developer role entails supporting evolving product requirements of our state-of-the-art court management system and other products. This role requires interaction with and support of internal software training & support personnel as well as our vertical market software system clients. Ongoing communications and documentation with various entities to identify/clarify needs and proposed solutions based on requests received related to software products is required in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Delphi, C# or C++ . Delphi (XE) or newer .1+ years of 4GL scripting language other than Visual Basic (for the feel of similarities and differences).
• 10+ years of 4GL language other than Visual Basic (for the feel of similarities and differences).
• 10+ years of programmatic database access and manipulation (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, IBM DB2) as well as demonstrable ability in SQL queries.
• Experience with and/or ability to learn Python, PHP, C/C++.
• Ability to provide only the BEST customer service to internal shareholders, clients and third parties as required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Other related duties as required & determined by leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on programming, or some other related field(s) of study preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the specific job level ; Master's Degree and/or applicable industry experience a PLUS.
• Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Registrations or prior experience a PLUS
• 1+ years working with a document management system (desktop or client/server).
• 1+ years of PowerBuilder (Version 6.5 or higher) with Win32 functions, OLE, ActiveX and SQL a PLUS .
• Knowledge/experience with Linux based servers and related operating system software.
• Knowledge/experience with Python, PHP, DELPHI and/or Perl.
• Prior experience with the development and delivery of end user training of solutions supported a PLUS.
