The DevOps Team Lead will:

• Write code, integrate systems, and build configurations to drive and innovate around server-based platforms across the organization
• Exhibit a deep understanding of server virtualization, networking and storage ensuring that the solution scales and performs with high availability and uptime
• Create mechanisms/architectures that enable rapid recovery, repair and cleanup of faulty migrations with good understanding of fault tolerance and failure domains
• Identify opportunities to deliver self service capability for the most common infrastructure and application management tasks
• Create automated tests that easily plug into our automated code pipeline. Provide deep and detailed levels of monitoring across all levels of the application
• Work closely with the software engineering, product management and customer support teams to design, deliver, and manage our services with high uptime
• Troubleshoot operations and database issues for internal and external customers
• Ensure system and network security
• Develop custom tools and automate processes
• Implement monitoring, develop automated provisioning, and develop self-healing automation
• Perform incident resolution and root cause analysis of critical outages

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in DevOps
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must have experience with CI/CD, AWS
• Proficient shell scripting skills with PowerShell (add’l scripting languages a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
• Highly motivated and capable of thriving in fast-paced environment with light process.
• Strong ability to triage and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) to effectively communicate and collaborate with a broad range of individuals and levels of leadership.
• Highly organized, process oriented and capable of providing appropriate technical oversight while requiring minimal day-to-day guidance.
• Possess superior problem-solving skills for a complex network topology to remediate issues, identify root causes, and provide documented solutions as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
