Brivo is looking for a highly creative, passionate, and skilled Senior Software Engineer to design and develop new web services for a global security system serving millions of users. You will also be expected to:

• Spend 80-90% of your time writing code and designing solutions
• Work with team leads to support the company's mission through architectural and technical improvement
• Participate in code reviews and other team ceremonies; comfortable in a Scrum-like environment
• Work with product owners to deliver new features to production
• Along with your team, take ownership of the applications you work on
• Work within an Agile team to complete code reviews, sprint planning, and backlog grooming

About You

• 5+ years experience with full .NET software development with C# and Microsoft .Net framework
• Strong foundation in web applications and services with modern software architecture
• Experience with the following:
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, IoC/DI, and design patterns
  • Developing complex web applications that scale securely and responsively
  • Strong experience in Javascript/TypeScript, CSS, Webpack, and React JS
  • Good understanding of a relational database engine - SQL Server
  • CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Understanding modern Cloud architectures (Azure or AWS)
