Product Manager - Tech | Apple Device Management

Commitment: Full Time + for a growing tech company!

Reports to: V.P. of Product

Location: Hybrid - Miami, Florida preferred.

(This position is eligible to participate in our WFW Program (work from wherever). Attendance at in-person meetings at events will be necessary from time to time.

As Addigy’s Product Manager, you’ll be trusted and empowered to engage with our IT customers, understand their needs and challenges, collaborate internally to design and build solutions, and ultimately, help define the evolution of Addigy.

• You will manage the entire product line life cycle from concept to delivery - product ideation, requirements, technical development, product testing, launch, end-user training and rollout
• You will collaborate with the entire team to understand who we are as a company and how to project that voice into our products
• You will be amplifying that voice to our internal and external customers
• Gathering feedback from our internal and external customers to refine that voice, you work hand in hand with our engineering team to deliver unparalleled software!

The Work You’ll Do:

• Be a champion of the User Experience for specific components of our product.
• Engage! You’ll be in constant conversation with your colleagues and our customers, learning everything you can about Addigy, how our customers use our product, and the business problems our prospects are trying to solve.
• Stay current on Apple product changes aligned to your assigned product.
• Vigilantly monitor Competitor product changes aligned to your assigned product. Be clear about Addigy's differentiators..
• Provide thought leadership internally and externally by producing monthly content via short videos, writing blog posts, etc.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams building consensus including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success.
  
• Translate those conversations into Product Strategy at a high level, and detailed requirements and delivery timeline at the tactical level.
  
• Manage multiple projects with evolving requirements, working with urgency and delivering results.
• Anticipate and proactively engage with Customers in Beta and User Groups
  
• Attend daily engineering stand-up meetings, weekly sales meetings. bi-monthly Product Team updates, internal All Hands Meetings and events, as well as external events and meetings, i.e. Addigy User Group Sessions.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Produce Management Experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering impactful results while working remotely.
  
• Experience working in a start up environment, and/or willingness to be resourceful and roll-up your sleeves
• Experience designing and building enterprise SaaS applications with agile development.
  
• Motivated to understand the customer community needs and anticipate opportunities for differentiation
  
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organized and Detail Oriented
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Firm grasp on product management, with a drive for continuous learning.
• Flexible, with an ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Proficient with Jira, or similar product management tool, and/or an interest to learn.

Bonus:

• Bachelor Degree
  
• B2B SaaS experience preferred;
• Experience marketing to IT Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) and Mid-Market IT Managers
• Love of Apple devices
