Overview - CAS Group is currently seeking an experienced ICOMS Systems Analyst/Subject Matter expert to join our team and support our cable client with the following responsibility as an ICOMS subject matter expert.

  • Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.
  • Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 5 Years + experience and a complete understanding ICOMS data provisioning: equipment, non-equipment, activation, and marketing package behavior
  • Knowledge of ICOMS PTM, equipment, service codes
  • CSG data knowledge a plus
  • Ability to capture and document detailed requirement needs
  • Data mapping and migration experience a preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
