Job Description

Soleran is looking for a full-time, energetic, and self-motivated, full-stack Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will: be ambitious, work efficiently, have good problem solving and research skills, be able to communicate technical problems simply and concisely, and work independently as well as part of a team. Initially the position’s focus will be resolving bugs then ramp up to working on optimization and new projects.

You will be challenged to perform a variety of tasks and roles as we are a nimble and dynamic team that works together to accomplish our goals.

In any given week, you may find yourself:

• Authoring back-end, front-end, and/or native mobile applications
• Addressing issues
• Discussing UI design or system architecture

You will be required to work under minimal supervision with a certain degree of creativity and latitude while being accountable to the tasks assigned to you. It is an expectation that you maintain your knowledge of current technologies and best practices. Above all, we are looking for someone who is excited about sharing what you know with your team, and embraces the challenge of keeping their knowledge up to date.
