Senior Web Developer

What we are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned web developer who will enable the redesign of the core infrastructure, APIs, and services for our dedicated client sites. The individual will work collaboratively with the programming team and the core business teams to design, build, and test websites for carrier partners and other clients. You'll work with other engineers to build features that span various parts of the system, as well as our products, integrations and operations teams to understand and solve our users' pain points. Responsibilities of this role include:

• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems
• Work closely with our product management team, and tech support team, in the development and support of our products
• Use modern infrastructure tools and platforms in collaboration with our quality assurance team to leverage our automated test systems
• Hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems
• Take a long-term strategic approach to development considering the product roadmap
• Own the entire lifecycle of our next big feature, from design through implementation to launch; take ownership and gain mastery of the product to create highly functioning code
• Implement and automate security controls, governance processes & compliance validation

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Programming or a related field
• 5 – 7 years of experience in a similar position
• ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL
• Entity Framework
• Visual Studio and Visual Code
• CSS and HTML design (Bootstrap)
• Git
• Experience with Object-based mapping, Experience with Inversion of control containers, and Experience with dependency injection is a plus.
• Experience with ASP.NET content management systems or WordPress is a plus.
• Experience with NoSql Dbs (i.e. Elastic or CouchDb, etc.) would be a plus.
• JavaScript
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as AngularJS, Vue, or React a plus.

• .NET Core 3.0
• Vue.js 3+ with Quasar or Vuetify
• Bootstrap 4+
• Elasticsearch 7+
