SOLUTION ARCHITECT
THE OPPORTUNITY
INVISR is a consulting firm that launched Polystack; a low-code app development platform delivering solutions to the mortgage industry and beyond. An INVISR Solution Architect is at the center of the solutions that we deliver, responsible for the underlying business solution, system architecture, and application build. Ideal candidates have experience working in consulting environments (preferably within the financial services industry), at least some familiarity with JavaScript, React, and Node.js, and a level of comfort working in a high-growth environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT INVISR:
- Support technical deep dive and architecture sessions
- Configure client applications within Polystack to deliver on customer commitments, based on direction from INVISR project team
- Define and execute on the technology solution strategy by engaging highly technical teams (other Solutions Architects, Polystack Developers and consulting/managed services partners)
- Excel in operational execution, ensuring events and activities are executed seamlessly
- Collaborate effectively with internal INVISR stakeholders and external clients
- Produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers
- Document solution requirements
- Adapt to a flexible work environment including, but not limited to handling multiple tasks concurrently and easily adapting to new assignments, system and tools
- Create and share original product ideas to promote innovation
- Acquire, maintain, and share knowledge and expertise on customers and customer industry verticals
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with software development, and JavaScript specifically
- Knowledge of APIs and experience with software integration
- Ability to diagnose application issues and to decide what can be done with low-code instead of traditional coding (80/20 rule)
- Interest in being a part of a high growth startup atmosphere
- An analytic mind-set, with proven written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience analyzing and solving complex business/technical problems; capable of identifying issues and driving them to resolution
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Required
