JOB TITLE: Web Developer – Paid on Performance, LLC

FLSA Status: Exempt

OVERVIEW:

Paid on Performance, LLC is seeking a web developer to help support its growing customer and user base. The primary objective of the web developer is to support the development team in converting its 10-year-old homegrown, web-based enterprise system to a Node.js based framework. One area of focus for the web developer will be the implementation of business logic into the appropriate interface. Front-end implementations will need to be well designed, responsive, and highly performant. Back-end implementations, or scripts, will need to be written sensibly, taking into consideration the available resources and other running processes. As priorities change, the developer will be expected to handle other projects. Our development team is not afraid to try new technologies. We need someone who is passionate about Node.js and also looks forward to the challenge of learning new software technologies and methodologies. The development team is small and driven to keep up with our fast-paced business. No two days are the same and each brings its own set of challenges that the dev team works to solve, both individually and as a team.
