Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of support tickets making sure tickets are managed, triaged and escalated accordingly
  • Day-to-day Support and administration of the Company’s 2020 Insight Manufacturing System
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, interfaces and common troubleshooting steps.
  • Provides monitoring and troubleshooting of integration point between ERP system and external applications as defined by business processes and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with application end users and IT teams to support system upgrades, new processes and initiatives.
  • Builds, implements, audits and monitors security and application access related issues and reports as per company and regulatory standard practice.
  • Provides creation and maintenance of workflow route definition, and user role/ route assignments.
  • Assist in maintaining system standards, security and cleanliness of data.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of ERP implementation or functional support in a cross functional generalist capacity (Manufacturing or field service industry experience is a plus.)
  • ERP experience with accounting, procurement, accounts payable, sales, customer relationship management, accounts receivable, inventory, warehouse management, supply chain and system administration modules are an asset.
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Experience with SQL and web-based programming language e.g. Python HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
  • Experience in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation (BRDs, Functional & Technical specifications, Use cases)
  • Experience in creating and maintaining user and technical documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and user help materials.
  • Experience with test planning, documentation, execution, bug/issue triage/tracking
  • Experience in providing information and data to management on an ad-hoc basis
  • Ability to anticipate manager needs and guide users in structuring needed reports
  • Exhibits coaching, and mentoring skills to provide strategic and analytical guidance to users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and build consensus with various stakeholder groups.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong execution skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience with software development life cycles.
  • Track-record of effectively competing priorities with minimum guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a “customer focus” and able to work with internal customers at all levels of the organization.
