Summary/ Objective
The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for company customers and end users.
Essential Functions

- Provides desktop support for computers and software through direct contact or phone calls with all users.
- Supports PCs, printers and mobile devices, including Apple and Android smartphones.
- Monitors and proactively manages queue of incidents / service requests assigned to the Helpdesk.
- Creates and maintains documentation for all Helpdesk and end user processes.
- Understands Email Phishing systems and provides training to end users.
- Provides support for VOIP and AV systems including MS Teams and Zoom.
- Identifies, researches and resolves all technical problems by utilizing troubleshooting skills.
- On-call for escalated requests occurring during non-business hours.
- Leads projects that advance the capabilities of our support staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
The working conditions and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Work is primarily performed indoors, in an office environment. Employee may occasionally perform work offsite at a job site or in a job site trailer with limited exposure to outdoors.
- Essential physical requirements include standing, stooping, climbing stairs and sitting for extended periods of time. Regular lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds, and infrequently lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds. Employee will infrequently be required to walk on uneven ground at job sites, climb ladders to connect external antennas and crawl in tight spaces.
Position Type
This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Some travel will be required.
Education/Certifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
- A+ & Network+ Certifications strongly desired.
- Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policies, Zoom, PRTG , Kaseya & MDM programs.
- Extensive experience with Windows Operating Systems (10, Server 2012, 2016).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Working knowledge of network connectivity and ability to troubleshoot related user issues.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Take initiative and drive technical support solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of IT Support as part of a business function.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to resolve a wide range of issues and the versatility to learn on the job.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
