In this role you will also be expected to:

• Develop algorithms for finding key insights in accumulated and incoming data streams
• Collaborate across teams to implement and integrate data analysis pipelines into the Brivo data infrastructure
• Assist teams in their data analysis efforts and deliver solutions to data analysis needs
• Implement and support machine learning solutions for data analysis
• Develop solutions for automated deployment and maintenance of data analysis software stacks
• Implement automated testing and monitoring solutions to insure reliable functionality of data analysis software stacks
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify important trends and valuable insights
• Implement data governance processes to manage life cycle of datasets

About You

• 2+ years of experience with data warehouse and data processing technologies such as Spark, Snowflake, Kafka, Presto, Hive, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in architecting and building scalable data platforms processing data on a multi terabyte scale
• 2+ years of experience with cloud based data storage and processing solutions
• Hands on experience with machine learning libraries (tensorflow, pytorch, theano, opencv),
• Knowledge of concepts and experience of working with databases (SQL)
• Working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods for data analysis; experience with
• Experience working with time series data or event streams
• Experience with object oriented design principles
• Experience with at least one programming language (java, javascript, python, scala)
• Ability to manage numerous requests concurrently and be able to prioritize and deliver
• Good communication skills and a dynamic team player

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing
• Experience with image and signal processing
• Experience with developing differentially private solutions for data sharing
