Crypto-focused Senior Product Manager

We have two Senior Product Manager positions available with one of our favourite crypto-focused companies. Not only do they do interesting work and make crypto significantly more accessible, but we can vouch that they are a pretty special team. What you’ll do:

• Design and run data-driven experiments
• Come up with creative ideas to optimize the companies conversion funnel
• Scope out new product ideas
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other internal stakeholders
• Know your product backward and forward
• Define and track product metrics

What you have:

• 3+ years of product management experience at an established tech company or venture-backed startup
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with iterative product development
• Experience working with developers, designers, and marketing teams
• Strong analytical ability
• Strong decision-making ability
• Working knowledge of SQL

What would be nice (Growth):

• Demonstrated interest in crypto, privacy, SEO, or online identity (Growth role)
• Strong technical knowledge (Growth role)
• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, analytics tools like Mode (Growth role)

What would be nice (Search)

• 1+ year working on recommendation engines, personalization tools, or search (Search role)
• Understanding of how search algorithms work and how to build scalable search infrastructure (search-role specific)
• Demonstrated interest in crypto, privacy, SEO, or online identity
• Strong technical knowledge
• Working knowledge with Python
• Familiar with other data-specific languages like R or Julia
