Senior Quality Engineer

Candidate must be an accomplished Quality professional with extensive experience in all facets of Quality Assurance with motivation to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success. Proven ability to cut costs and decrease staff turnover. See additional duties below:

• Identify contractual requirements, review, approve and present deliverable data and hardware IAW with those requirements to the customer's QA, act on behalf of SSCO on supplier quality
• Analysis of data and disposition of discrepant material and aide in the determining of root cause/preventative actions.
• Employ QA principles and methodologies to help solve manufacturing and test discrepancies and abnormalities
• Interfaced with Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, review of drawings and documentation
• Interface with Design, manufacturing, Program Engineering as well as program management
• Initiate internal and external corrective actions
• Review documents and processes for compliance with IS09001/AS9100 system requirements.
• Review of Purchase requisitions and orders
• Supplier and Internal Audits
• ESD Monitor
