DevOps Engineer

Our TechOps team is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer, who is as comfortable working in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, network, and security. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services as well as an understanding of software development practices as they pertain to cloud systems.

What you'll need:

• Work with our developers to support production and pre-production environments, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline), and consulting on best practices for AWS services.

•Experience with incident response and on-call production support.

•Proficiency with infrastructure as code such as Terraform.

•An understanding of the Microsoft development stack, including .NET, SQL Server, Windows Server, and running .NET in Linux environments.

• Deep knowledge of monitoring solutions, such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.

• A demonstrated an eagerness to learn new technologies and solve interesting problems.

• Have a positive attitude with a desire to delight clients.

• An effective communicator and responsive using (Slack)

• Be a student of your trade and share your learnings with your peers.

• Monitor and support deployed solutions and infrastructure.

• Possess the ability to work on multiple projects and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements.
