Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a developer to design and build new features and improve the reliability of our applications as we grow. You'll be working alongside a cross-functional team of project leads, developers, designers, and educational technologists to build innovative products that enhance teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will exhibit creativity, a passion for learning new things, and an intuition for software design.

This position is currently hybrid with a blend of remote and onsite work.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Two years of experience in back-end and front-end technologies, databases, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, React, Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular, or D3
• In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience developing applications using one or more of the following programming languages: ASP.NET, Python, Ruby, or Java
• Understanding of version control systems

Preferred:

• Experience developing mobile applications
• Experience with large-scale development on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Solid understanding of performance testing, improvement techniques and caching solutions
