Amira listens to students read aloud, assesses their ability and delivers interactive 1:1 personalized tutoring in the form of a beautiful game. Now in use in hundreds of school districts from New York City to Sacramento, Amira is helping to cure the inequities and barriers (like Dyslexia) that lead to 2/3rds of children struggling to become fluent readers.

We need a senior Technical Support Specialist to bridge between our teachers using Amira and a world class engineering team. You will work in chat and on zoom (this is a 100% remote job on a 100% remote team) to ensure that schools get the optimum value from the software. Your focus will be on actual software issues -- you will partner with our Success Managers who are educators and relationship managers.
