Company Overview

Bizzzle Technologies is a stealth-mode company that is reimagining social media for a new generation. Our proprietary technology brings fans and influencers together, empowering them to maximize their voices and foster deeper and more meaningful relationships. Bizzzle harnesses the power of pop-culture to inspire and change the world - one fan at a time.

Job Overview

Bizzzle is looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager, and we are open to this person working remotely from anywhere in the United States. As someone driven and ambitious, you will operate as a contributing thought leader at the company, helping execute the direction of our product, working very closely with leaders of all departments including Engineering, Business Development and Marketing.

This role requires a superstar with a thorough understanding of social media platforms, current mobile app trends and technologies, and product management best practices, while keeping in mind the user experience.

We’ll be looking to you as Product Manager to prioritize and implement features and iterations on the product with urgency. You’ll act as an internal and external evangelist extraordinaire for all things product-related - developing, managing, and measuring product enhancements to increase sales, support business development, and build consumer loyalty.

You’re a great fit if you have strong business judgment, great familiarity of the social media landscape, along with extensive experience in managing all aspects of the product lifecycle - including product development, roadmap management, defining requirements and documentation, analyzing business metrics and iterative improvements. The ability to effectively translate “tech-speak” to less tech-centric stakeholders (including clients) is also critical.

We’d like the person in this role to keep abreast of industry trends, ensure the group stays ahead of its competition, and research topics to guarantee the company is innovating in line with its brand values.

If you’re an innovative leader with a passionate drive for delivering high quality results and bringing new ideas to the table, and you would like to help us shape the future of Bizzzle, then we’d love to hear from you.

The Stuff You’ll Work On

  • New ideas: Inform our product roadmap to enhance user experience & existing mobile app functionality; introduce new features that align with business objectives/KPIs
  • Work with internal teams: Identify and communicate dependencies, and ensure product roadmap supports overarching objectives of Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, etc.
  • Create user stories: Design product specifications and use cases for features and launches, and oversee translation into functional deliverables and project plans
  • Point of Contact: Oversee external vendors to ensure effective working relationships, and to keep projects on time, on budget, and on spec
  • Enhance and Improve: Continuously monitor and assess site performance and user feedback in order to drive informed product decisions for updates, including creation of a compelling visual UI/UX experience
  • Stay informed: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends to articulate sound product recommendations/updates to management
  • Plan: release schedules, crafting messaging for products, and coordinating release amongst internal teams

Stuff You’ve Done

  • 5+ years of product/tech-related experience, including at least 2 years as Product Manager (or comparable role), with experience successfully helping to build and release mobile apps.
  • Exceptional organizational and quantitative analytical skills (including use of Firebase, GA, and Amplify)
  • A proven track record of successful collaboration with engineering, design and data analytics teams – including use of JIRA.
  • Experienced with user experience documentation including wireframes, interactive designs, use cases, and navigation. Working knowledge of Adobe CS, Figma, Sketch and other popular design software.
  • Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including participation in daily stand-ups
  • Experienced with eCommerce payment systems, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and crypto-wallets.
  • Hands-on experience and fluency with data analytics to drive A/B testing and product optimization, and to monitor product KPI metrics
  • Comfortable and familiar working with and managing offshore development teams (including international travel if/when needed)
  • Proven ability to create empathetic use cases and user stories to perform competitive analysis, feature/function prioritization and assessment.
