At Savvy, we're a team of builders and optimists helping accelerate the shift towards consumer-driven healthcare. Savvy is building a smart benefits wallet that simplifies health benefits for employers and gives employees flexibility and choice for the first time.

We're looking to bring on our first Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales to mid-sized employers across the US. This is an opportunity to join a startup at an inflection point. If hustling to get in front of companies with 50 to 500+ employees excites you, we’d love to hear from you!

You'll spend your time prospecting and generating qualified leads, with the goal of progressing into an Account Executive role after your first year. This is an ideal role if you'd like to join a company at the ground floor or lead sales at a high growth company in the future. You'll be working directly alongside the CEO and leaders experienced in driving technology sales.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You've demonstrated excellence in a sales development role for 1-2 years but are ready for a bigger challenge
  • You're organized and can execute and refine a structured process
  • You are a superb writer and can craft empathetic and persuasive messages
  • You have industry experience in healthcare tech or insurance

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new prospects
  • Find creative ways to get in contact with leads and increase response rates
  • Own initial relationships with prospects and explain the value in Savvy's employer health insurance offering
  • Create and iterate on sales materials (email messages, pitch decks, etc.) to help leads understand Savvy's offering
