User Support Manager

The Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) is seeking an energetic, customer-service focused business partner for User Support Manager. The ideal candidate has excellent technical skills, proactively engages with fellow employees to identify challenges, and provides the tools and support colleagues need to work effectively and efficiently. They have a strong business acumen and take a strategic approach to implementing positive change. Prior experience as project manager for a successful system conversion will be an asset.

Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent) AND 5 years’ experience, including 2 years as a supervisor, managing user and desktop applications support; personal computer and mobile device operating systems and applications software; wireless access; user support for the MS Windows operating system (Office, Outlook, SharePoint, ServiceNow); AND 5 years installing and supporting audio-visual equipment, VoIP telephone systems, and multi-function printing devices. Three (3) years experience with MS Office 365 is desired. MSCE certification is a plus.

Salary: $111,504 - $158,352, DOQ + benefits.
