Business Solutions Manager

We’re looking for amazing people! Come join Virginia Housing as a Business Solutions Manager in our Rental Housing Division. This important role will lead technology strategy and implementation efforts in the Rental Housing Division of Virginia Housing.

Responsibilities will include:

• Direct business projects collaborating with all management to prioritize projects and manage timelines for deliverables.

• Actively seek ways to apply technology to business processes.

• Assess future technology business needs and recommend and implement automated solutions.

• Manage business specific technology systems and management and oversight of those applications.

• Develop, motivate, and direct staff to create a team environment and enable staff to fulfill the department’s business objectives.

Qualified candidates must possess 5-7 years of diverse technology experience, ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technological concepts to decision-making groups and senior management. B.S. Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred experience includes knowledge of or ability to obtain knowledge in public and or private housing to include: project management, information systems administration, and/or organizational business systems implementation. Demonstrated experience managing and supervising a diverse team. Experience with commercial mortgage lending and servicing platforms.
