About the Position

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Solutions IT Project Manager.

This is a client facing role providing application and new development support on our in-house WMS applications developed with AS400 / LANSA technology.

The position will be part of a team working out of our offices in New Jersey, California, Washington, and Texas handling both project and production support, which therefore requires strong team coordination and communication with your peers.

Principle Duties and End Results

  • IT Project Manager bringing new customers on by interfacing directly with the customer, business stakeholders, and the rest of the IT development team
  • Lead the troubleshooting of application systems, performance, and environmental concerns
  • Resolve complex issues and propose recommendations to improve existing applications and processes to avoid recurring incidents
  • Recommend improvements to stabilize and enhance AS400 / LANSA application environments
  • Identify and design solutions for enhancements, bug fixes, and work with our AS400 / LANSA development team and business analysts to implement those changes
  • Work directly with the business group from all aspects - screen and reporting design, training, implementation and QC of new business, and troubleshooting / help desk support
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting of status on the progress of various deliverables to client and internal stakeholders

About You

  • Supply Chain / WMS application experience
  • LANSA / Visual Lansa IDE/ Lansa programming language RDML a plus
  • SQL knowledge
  • Solid communication and client interaction skills
  • Undergraduate degree

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • EDI experience
  • Project Manager experience
  • SQL/400
  • QA/QC experience
