As a team, our Core Values, are the foundation of who we are. They focus on Connect, Create, Simplify, Collaborate and Celebrate. These values guide how we interact with each other, our customers, our vendors, and the broader global community and are critical to how we succeed as a team. If these resonate with you and you are interested in what we have to offer, we’d love to have you apply!

About Our Product

We have built into Squigl, Machine Learning & AI focused on the latest in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Stemming Algorithms. Leveraging the latest in Azure Cognitive Services from Speech to Text, Text to Speech and Text Analysis.  We are leveraging a Tree-Based Predictive Algorithm and are building and improving our neural network model as we strive to build a broader deep learning predictive algorithm.  The first layer of analysis in Squigl begins with the integration of speech processing; text to speech and speech to text cognitive services leveraging Azure Cognitive Services.

From the first step of using the Squigl application, entering content, we transcribe audible speech into readable, searchable text and convert text to lifelike speech. The next phase of development of our speech and audio journey will center around developing a synthetic voice. Both female and male to foster greater trust with an immersive experience from that educator, from that trainer to their learner, to our learner. As we constantly look to accelerate the impact of learning and communications. Once we have the audio in place we move to the various NLP decisions outlined above to create a high performing output loop of text or speech to video for educators, instructional designers and learners.

About You

You have a desire to learn about the industry, our customers’ pain points, and provide thoughtful solutions. You enjoy taking on big, important challenges as well as the small things, because you aim to provide value today. You can apply logic to problems and quickly analyze to provide a recommendation. In all your actions, you strive to convey an understanding and respect for the needs of others. You keep the customer, not your own agenda, at the forefront of your decisions.
