Mulberry is disrupting a $40B insurance industry by providing omnichannel merchants a seamless plug-and-play platform from which to offer product insurance. Mulberry is hiring for Full-Stack Engineers (at all levels) to help build a modern platform transforming how insurance is priced and offered at the point of sale. As a Full-Stack Engineer at Mulberry, you will be working with a close-knit team with deep experience building financial products for e-commerce.
What You'll Do
- Build out our next generation of partner, customer and internal reporting dashboards
- Design, build and maintain the API's that power the Mulberry platform
- Work closely with product stakeholders to define requirements/specifications
- Participate in scoping work, estimation and project planning
- Improve engineering practices, documentation
What We're Seeking:
- 2 - 6+ years experience working on software development teams
- Python, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Flask or Django framework, React or Vue, Webpack
- Relational database design, SQL, ORMs/SQLAlchemy
- CSS Preprocessors (Styled Components, CSS in JS, SCSS)
- Exceptional debugging skills
- Effective communicator, team player
- Git workflow
- Unit and Integration testing
- Agile workflow
- Ability to develop products across the stack, without a framework
