Able to define, design, develop, test, implement, profile, release, and optimize complex and scalable systems. Experience with large and complex code bases, and ability to deploy own code. Experienced in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications. Possess critical thinking, creativity, and perseverance. Ability to generate outstanding and custom solutions to unusual problems, develop technical specifications, and complete testing to meet complex business needs. Deep understanding of software design patterns, including system level and integration tests.

Timeline of project delivery is 3-4 months.

N.B.—We are not looking for someone to come in, do discovery and wireframes. We need someone skilled and sophisticated, with ability to develop custom software infrastructure that can be used to invite users, establish revenue, data, and metrics as reference points to present to VCs.

Duties Include:

Collaborate closely with founders

Design sophisticated custom software, leading all technical development from inception to production

Responsible for both front-end and back-end development and maintenance, focused on exceptional user experience

Proficient with Artificial intelligence and machine learning libraries and tooling

All testing and tracking to resolve software defects

Creation and maintenance of test artifacts including test scripts

Root-cause analysis of issues encountered with product or test code

Debugs, troubleshoots, and isolates software and software test problems as well as offers strategic solutions, analysis, and advice

Enhancements and modifications to software test code and test procedures

Writes, updates, and maintains requirements and interface specifications

Engage with early users to identify problems, test ideas, and refine workflows

Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques, and makes recommendations for solutions

Identify potential issues for future development
