Our client is seeking a Vice President of Product to join their executive team and help shape the future of the company. Reporting to the CEO, this key individual will be in a leadership role in representing clients and coordinating their needs with the vision of the company to maximize client’s ROI. The company is growing rapidly and you will be responsible for helping define and drive the short- and long-term vision and strategy for their products.

To be successful, you must have a combination of deep technical knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Automation and Enterprise Systems. You should have years of both people and product management experience, as well as successes defining and executing long-term product strategies across a company with multiple products in multiple verticals.

You must have a small company “go for it” mentality as the position absolutely requires a dynamic leader, manager and team builder. The ideal candidates must also be an analytical, strategic thinker comfortable with driving tactical execution and have a “get the job done” attitude. Job Requirements / Qualifications

They are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product with experience in both startups and established companies with a deep technical knowledge of RPA.

Qualifications should include:

  • 7+ years of Product Management leadership in enterprise software companies
  • BSEE or MSEE (preferred)
  • Ability to understand our client’s needs and transform it into a product roadmap with maximum impact for the clients and minimum efforts for the company
  • B2B experience ideally in financial systems, productivity and/or automation
  • Experience in RPA and Intelligent Automation systems
  • Background in software development and understanding of the challenges that companies face building complex software products
  • Excellent track record of full lifecycle product management, successfully driving new products/services into the market
  • Skilled manager with experience leading and growing high-performing teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas within and across teams
