Humanified is the first social impact content-based social network that enables its users to showcase their humanitarian side in real-time. Our mission is to amplify digital activism thru technology.
The Lead Product Manager at Humanified ensures that we are delivering on our #MakeChangeHappen promise. They hold the keys to upcoming feature rollouts, can communicate with our internal and external dev teams, and have a strong understanding of what Humanifiers want and need.
The Product Manager works closely with the team to execute what we’re building next and communicating why we’re building it. They collaborate with the Content Strategy, Design, and Development teams to oversee the execution of product updates.
Most importantly, they’re a Humanifier through and through. They care about making an impact in the world and will share Humanified’s desire to keep ethics at the center of everything we do.
Although the Product Manager flexes on this scrappy startup team, they are responsible for:
- - Owning the roadmap for upcoming features to be rolled out
- - Develop product strategies to deliver on our brand promise
- - Working closely with the UI/UX designers to ensure that product strategy is being executed on
- - Working closely with the Director of Technology to communicate and plan with the Development team
- - Conducting ongoing user testing sprints to ensure that the app is continuously improving
- - Analyzing and interpreting all user testing data and working with the team to develop a plan of action for executing on all learnings
- - Collaborating with the founding team on written materials needed for investor presentations, partner pitches, and more
- - Bringing big ideas to the table + challenge the founding team to prioritize innovation and service offering
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, iOS or app products are a plus
- Ability to talk-the-talk with development teams and creative teams
- Strong understanding of analytics and how performance impacts future feature rollouts
- Impressive execution skills - taking a project from idea to fruition
- Can-do, positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed on this startup team
