We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist that will be responsible for deploying Synchrono software solutions. We are looking for people who are self-motivated problem solvers, and who can work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional consulting services to customers on moderate to complex engagements.
  • Subject Matter Expert on the functionality within Synchrono software products.
  • Help our customers achieve business results through the implementation of Synchrono software solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training documentation to customers on Synchrono software functionality.
  • Develop and execute test plans along with users to ensure the solution meets customer acceptance criteria.
  • Track Project Status to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Information Systems, or other technical educational background.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience working with manufacturing systems.
  • Highly detail oriented, and ability to multi-task, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution (MES), Advanced Planning (APS), Finite Capacity Scheduling (FCS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end user training.
  • Travel is an essential part of this job. Expect 25 – 50% on-site at customer locations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
