We’re driven by tech and passionate about getting things done (while also still striving for a healthy work/life balance). We’re a growing team of smart, talented people who love what we do...and want to help others love going to work too.

About the opportunity:

We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-obsessed, and relentlessly curious demand generation/product marketer to join our growing team as we scale our health, wellness and benefits solution.

In this role, you’ll help us design a marketing strategy around a suite of products that change the way people take charge of their health. You will own the strategy and its execution while leading our growing marketing team.

Reporting to our founding CEO, you’ll be operating as an internal growth hacker with the opportunity to design, build, measure, and rapidly iterate on initiatives across multiple channels.

About you:

  • You have a track record of implementing successful product marketing strategies that result in significant top-line growth
  • When describing your strengths, your coworkers would point out your attention to detail and 'get the job done' attitude
  • You've shown yourself to be a growth hacker who collaboratively uncovers the smartest approaches to cost-effectively acquiring qualified leads and customers
  • You’re analytical, methodical, pragmatic, and resourceful - willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • You are empathetic and able to synthesize complex sets of information and output coherent strategies, plans, messaging, and ultimately successful campaigns and initiatives
  • You have the skill to take on projects and initiatives from conception to rollout through iteration
  • You’ve got the curiosity and drive to contribute at a small, hungry company and want to be a part of making growth happen
  • You’re serious about work, but not too serious to enjoy yourself

What you’ll do:

  • Lead rapid experimentation and iteration on marketing initiatives through multiple channels, such as digital, email, event, PR, referral and social
  • Implement data-driven practices to measure, track, and optimize the performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop deep product expertise as well as understanding of the buyer and user personas
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop an overall marketing strategy to support our growth goals
  • Collaborate with executive and sales team to identify needs and direct the creation of supporting content and programs, which may include: presentations, product and data sheets, case studies, web pages and landing pages, etc…
  • Manage a growing marketing team and external resources as needed
  • Own the tedious processes involved with connecting the dots and tying together all the moving pieces, systems, and content needed to launch successful campaigns

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B product marketing role, preferably with SaaS experience
  • Experience building and managing the marketing funnel
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics data and measuring ROI
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work 3-days per week out of our Philadelphia HQ once it is safe to return to an office

Bonus Points:

  • Experience marketing to HR professionals
  • Basic coding skills / experience
  • Experience managing and leading a small team
  • Related bachelor degree in business and/or marketing

Compensation and Benefits:

We’re a devoted group that works hard, but also understands you have a life. Aside from an encouraging team culture, we also offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Full benefits package includes health insurance options, commuter benefits, and unlimited PTO
  • Up to $500 annual incentive for exercising and going to the gym (Yup, we use our own product!)
  • Weekly team lunches; quarterly appreciation events
  • Flexible hours and the ability to work from home two days a week after training is complete
